Analytical Therapy (Hypno-analysis)

Used to deal with deeper emotional problems such as anxiety disorders, low self-esteem and confidence issues, Hypno-analysis is extremely effective at finding the root cause of psychological problems. This therapy does not use suggestion to control symptoms but instead finds and removes underlying causes.

Solution Focused Hypnosis

Focuses on the present and future not the past. Clients are encouraged to consider their preferred future and then work towards achieving that goal by drawing a line under the problem(s) that prompted a need for change.

Clinical Hypnosis

Often called ‘suggestion therapy’, clinical hypnosis is more conventional and requires very few sessions to achieve significant change. This method is excellent for treating smoking, unwanted weight gain, eating disorders, nail biting and more.

Emotional Freedom Technique
